Our international country prefix is '868' so the local area code is the 3 digits after this in the first column.
The TSTT residential phone book (the only one in the country as far as I know) has no mention of Digicel area codes in it.. typical TSTT behaviour.

Number portability has since become available, so I don't know if all this verification works any more.
