Food hampers in Trinidad and Tobago

If you are looking for food for any reason there are several places to look. There is no shame in asking for help.

You can contact your closest religious organisation like church, temple, mosque, or government official office. There are also several groups all across the country that gives out hampers. 
The Ministry of Social Development has a few hotlines to try eg 488-9044 , 488-9326, 488-9360, more numbers are in the picture below.

There are many people around who are willing to help and are not far away. If you lost your job you will find another one and get back on your feet.

If you want to help, there are many ways you can help those in need of food any any other necessities. Contact the same places such as churches, temples or mosques or government office.
Many people are in need and any amount you can donate will help.

Even when restrictions are eased up, still stay apart because anyone can have the virus and you do not want to spread the germs or get infected.

There is also a free suicide prevention hotline open all day every day 800-2673 , or 800-COPE.

To avoid getting sick wash your hands every time as if you just cut scorpion peppers and now you want to rub your eye.
