Many people have a problem with the new Flow cable tv box where the guide is not showing up. Most people would have the newer box with a blue(on) and red(off) light. You can fix the problem yourself by going into the menu and rebooting the device.
Using the Flow remote press Menu (you will see a star icon and others) >
Press the right button until you get to gear icon (Configuration) >
Go down to System Settings and press OK >
Select Restart and press left to select OK to reboot it >
You should see a large FLOW logo for a few seconds. After this the channels should start to play and the guide info will start to come up after a minute.
Congratulations! - You have now fixed the problem.

ReplyDeleteMy box is not new and l am unable to get the guide using the remote for the cable box my remote is not responding only the channel up and down button should l return the box or l can get some advice what to do
