yep, i've knwn abt this since 2 days after the thing launched. if you'd been following my google reader notes you would have known a lot sooner too. I've also used this privacy flaw against u on one occasion but i later decided against it since it only caused more undue pain and frustration on my part.
did you also know that buzz for iphone has a feature that allows you to see people "nearby" and follow them also? just with one click, no permissions needed. I've been spying on about a dozen other users from South Trinidad, currently I'm getting people from Coora, Penal, Mannie Ramjohn Stadium, San Fernando...to name a few
