I sent a registered package to USA. The post office I sent it from told me to call the office number instead of the three tolld free (800) numbers advertised by TTPOST because they are not working right now. The operator said to call the 800 numbers anyway. I tried them and they all ring a couple times and go to something like a busy tone. I called back the operator to see if she could help and this time she said I could go to www.usps.com and enter my TTPOST tracking number there to get the status. I think she should have just said this in the first place.
On usps.com the shipping status info did indeed come up. Good job TTPOST.
