I called the police last night to report someone who started playing music at 10.45pm. The response was that "..it is a wedding.." as if I am supposed to accept the lawlessness, this was not the first call they got. They would try to send a patrol car.. one hour later the music was still going at full blast. I finally managed to fall asleep after that but I would not be surprised if it went on for many hours.
